Nice rooms and bathrooms, exceptionally clean. The hotel offers private access to Lake Ossiach which is outstanding! My mother had a room with a balcony with an absolutely stunning view. The hotel also has two terraces that are accessible to all guests, and the view is breathtaking here, also. Delicious breakfast that offers a great array of food and drink choices. The owner and other staff are extremely attentive to their guests!

Everything was great, host was very kind and answered all our questions. The location is amazing and you have an amazing view over the lake.

The spacious, traditionally furnished apartments feature a bedroom, a living room with cable TV and a dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Guests can buy ski passes. The apartment was excellent. The kitchen and the bath were new and functional. Every detail in the apartment is in its place. The balcony and the view are also great. The swimming pool is clean and the access quite comfortable. Saunas were of high quality and quite spacious. Of course, we were a bit of the season ( March) but I suppose there is enough space for the interested guests. The ski pistes are very close, you put your skies and you are on the slopes! Amazing! The staff (we were welcomed by Joseph, but his colleagues, another gentleman and a lady) were super friendly.

Located 150 metres from the shores of Lake Ossiach and a 2-minute walk from the Kanzelbahn Cable Car, Villa Marienhof offers a private beach, panoramic views and free access to the sauna. Location was perfect, right next to the cabelcar, walking distance. Our apartment was really clean, and staff was great too! With your stay you get a free S bahn ticket so you can make a short train trip to Villach, train station is also few minutes walking distance. They also have a small area right next to the lake, with sauna. Really nice place for short vacation!
