Their leadership, willingness to help, and dedication truly stood out. Beyond the outstanding service, the hotel itself is wonderful. The rooms are clean and modern, the food at both restaurants was excellent, and the SPA was simply amazing. We highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the warm hospitality we received.

Perfect location in the very heart of the city. Easily walkable. Very cozy, clean and perfect for up to 2 people. Quiet apartment, very clean, very well furnished with thoughtful add-ons. I loved the bookshelf and the board-games, we made great use of them with my daughter. It also features a nice balcony to enjoy your morning coffee :) Nice variety of amenities like coffee/tea and homemade mint syrup. Overall - highly recommended if you're in Gabrovo!
