I loved this hotel, the staff was really friendly and helpful, not to say the room was very clean and comfortable. I even ordered some stuff and they held my package for me for a few days until I arrived.

The greeting we received upon arriving by car at the Fairmont Hotel was exceptionally warm, setting a positive tone for our entire stay. This warmth extended to the valet parking, where a courteous staff member assisted with our luggage and parked our car. Alex, the receptionist, was among the most welcoming individuals we've encountered at a hotel check-in. Our room had a great view of Lake Louise and was clean. The hotel's location was ideal. Overall, this ranks as one of our top hotel experiences. So impressed were we that we chose to book a stay at the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria for the subsequent weekend, a decision we had previously left open.

The lobby area is a fantastic place to hang out and meet with a friend. The Charcut restaurant off the lobby is also fantastic. They have great pizza, pasta and meat (they are butchers) and can make anything gluten free. I LOVED the room. this is the second time I have stayed here and would live here if I could. The ceilings are high, the decor is fabulous, they have blackout blinds, the bathtub is big and deep, the bathroom is huge, the bed is really comfortable, the desk chair is adjustable in height, there is a Nespresso machine and so on... Location is excellent. Lots of restaurants nearby and a grocery store across the street. Also, a section of the main floor has an area you can eat your takeout if you prefer that to eating in your room.

Manager stopped by to speak to everyone at breakfast.

Ideally located in Calgary, Residence Inn by Marriott Calgary Downtown/Beltline District offers air-conditioned rooms, free bikes, free WiFi and a fitness centre. This 3-star hotel offers a shared lounge and a 24-hour front desk. Guests can enjoy American and local dishes at the restaurant or have a cocktail at the bar. We absolutely loved our stay here! Room was far more spacious than we expected, beds were confortable, cleanliness was great and the breakfast was amazing, so many options to choose from. We also used a parking spot and it worked great. Location is also perfect, with walking distance to almost all the cool spots downtown.
