Free WiFi is available in all areas and Interlaken is a 5-minute drive away. The staff is amazing, was really friendly, helpful, and made the time there much better ! The lady which is working at breakfast always smiles and offers everything what you want there ! And the guy, who was probably the administrator helped me with wet snowboarding stuff, gave some free hot chocolate after long day in Mountains. In the end, we were really happy with our staying and will be back more then one time !!!

Beautiful hotel hundreds of years old that served incredible food. The staff were all amazing but as many have said you often have to go down to the restaurant on the bottom floor below reception to find them. They have a washing machine and drier you can use for 4CHF each which was wonderful. There is a bus to East and another to West one minute from the hotel. They run every 30 minutes or you can walk in 15. Room was beautiful and I’m 6’5” and while the roof is low I was fine. Interlaken is a fantastic travel hub and has great services. I’d love to return some day.

The apartment is only 250 meters away from the nearest train station and other public transport. Marco is friendly and helpful, we are lucky to have early check-in and we get everything we need in the room. The view seeing from inside is beyond description We had a wonderful stay in Interlaken!

Also just ask for a visitor card from the owner so that local bus travel is free

Consisting of 3 separate chalets, the CityChalet is located next to the Aare River, 300 metres from the centre of Interlaken. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace overlooking the garden or the Jungfrau Massif. Free Wi-Fi is available. Everything was 5 star. Very relaxing, clean, confortablel, Matt was the perfect host. The house was big , had everything we needed. Really cosy Thank you Matt
