Arrived at 9am after an early flight expecting to leave our luggage but the reception instead found an empty room and let us check in, which was awesome. Room was lovely, with all amenities – kitchenette with some pots and utensils, big comfy bed, big shower, and washing machines and an iron in the common area. The common area on the 9th floor is lovely, free coffee and tea, working spaces, a pool table. The rate is extremely competitive by Geneva standards.

People are very professional and helpful and make you feel like home. Breakfast was delicious and place of breakfast was very convenient. Service is always available and management were very helpful to resolve our issue when our flight was cancelled and they were able to accommodate us for an extra night with same rate despite the hotel been very busy and fully booked. We were also offered an upgrade with a discount in the best room with a beautiful view on the lake.
