We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both were of the highest quality we experienced in Northern Italy. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to enjoy Italian hospitality in an area of spectacular natural beauty. Grazie mille!

The staff was incredibly kind—our room was ready early, which was perfect since we arrived feeling unwell. They really went above and beyond, even without us asking. This was our second trip to Lugano, but our first time staying here, and it was by far the best B&B with a smooth checkout.

Great location, facilities, view & staff. We had Apt 6 for our 7 day stay. It had great views, especially for the fireworks on July 12th. Lovely lake swims & walks. Good public transport links around the area & to Maggiore , Vassoie. The apartment was well equipped for cooking. Our coffee machine had a leaky seal & was replaced within an hour! Our towels were changed & our rubbish collected during our stay. Good value, especially we we had come from extortionist prices in Suisse! There wete a number of outdoor seating areas around the site. The lovely Giancarlo is a real asset!

I loved everything about this property, we had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel , I knew that we booked a 5-star hotel but I was not sure expecting this outstanding experience in regards to the kindness and welcoming manners of the staff , cleanliness of the apartment , the vast of space of the apartment and how cozy the hotel was during this autumn/ early winter time. This by far , and I am a well-travelled person, is the best hotel / resort experience I ever had in my life.

Parco San Marco Lifestyle Beach Resort ligger i en stor park på den østlige side af Lugano-søen og har privat strand samt panoramaudsigt til søen og bjergene. Everything really! The rooms are spacious and clean with a breathtaking view to lakeugano. We booked the suit with a separate living room and a kitchenet. The resourt is big, has many facilities and is well maintained. We stayed at May and it was very quite, not too many guests and no families with kids. The staff is very warm and attending. The breakfast is excellent. The ECo spa has a breathtaking view to the lake from the sauna and the external jacuzzi, simply amazing. The location is great as well, very close to lake Como. All in all a great place and a great value for money.
