I was in Lucerne to compete in the Swiss City Marathon, and they graciously prepared an early breakfast to fit my race schedule. Edith at reception was incredibly thoughtful, taking time to calm my nerves and ensuring I had everything I needed for the big day. It was the kind of personal touch that’s rare to find and so appreciated. The hotel’s onsite restaurant and Bistro were constantly buzzing with patrons, a clear indication of their popularity. Although we didn’t get a chance to dine in this time, we’ll definitely be trying them on our next visit. With service and atmosphere this exceptional, we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Lucerne!

There is a kitchenette in all of the units, equipped with an oven and a stove. Very spacious and well equipped apartment. Only 10 minutes walk into Lucerne. Great kitchen and enormous bathroom. Owner was helpful with a few issues and fixed them promptly. Lovely furnishings.
