The two bathrooms were fully equipped and spacious, the bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious, same for the living room. The kitchen had everything you could ever need for an extended stay. There is underground parking for two vehicles. The area is remote, quiet, away from large cities, perfect for longer stays.

Family-run since 4 generations, Landgasthof Seelust is located on the banks of Lake Constance, a 10-minute drive from St. Gallen and a 20-minute drive from Konstanz. All rooms have a private bathroom, free WiFi and offer free soft drinks and water. You can enjoy fine Swiss cuisine in the restaurant with its charming garden terrace. Couldn’t fault the place or the staff. Good food.

There are no televisions in the hotel rooms. we didn’t find this a problem. The food was excellent at the restaurant and the hotel has its own micro brewery. The staff were excellent and very attentive. It is a lovely location in the country and has activities, such as an open-air play and it also put some musical events from time to time

The Schloss Brunnegg is located at the outskirts of Kreuzlingen in an old castle that was turned into a hotel. Konstanz and Lake Constance can be reached within a short drive.

Exposed wooden beams, parquet or carpet flooring, lots of natural daylight and elegant design furniture are features of the spacious suites at Schloss Brunnegg. Some of them feature lake view. It was a pleasure and also an honor to stay in a castle with a so long history. We liked the kindness of the hosts, the great parking opportunities and travelling with a dog it was nice to have dog friendly walking areas nearby.
