The view, the cleanliness and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Miss Leean. Good food and breakfast The hostess was caering and attentive during all morning encounters. we enjoyed our time at the hotel. It is recommended if you don't mind the stairs.

A bus stop is in front of the hotel that goes to the old town of Luzern. I will definitely recommend it to anyone.
