The absolute best hotel experience and we are not novice travelers. The spa is exceptional, the rooms are fresh and spacious. Staff all through the hotel go above and beyond to fulfill all wishes.

Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. The hotel also offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. We loved our stay at the Hotel Balm. The property is very well maintained and the hosts were welcoming and kind; our room was spacious, clean and so very comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool with an amazing view was a bonus. The bus 24 stops right outside the hotel so there's no stress about reaching the hotel. The breakfast service was quick; and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Hotel's restaurant la Pistache. Thanks to Hotel Balm for making our stay memorable.
