The room was stunning—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, making it a perfect retreat. The highlight, though, was the incredible staff who went above and beyond when I lost my AirPods. Carol, Aileen, and Martin in particular were relentless in their effort to help me find them. Thanks to their determination, I got my AirPods back, which was a huge relief. I can’t praise this hotel enough for both its beautiful facilities and the exceptional service.
