Comfortable and clean room with everything that you need. Owner is a really kind person, we even got a small treat at the end of our stay. Definitely would stay again.

We never regretted booking with Dream in Fenghuang and we would definitely come back again. What we loved the most was the hospitality of the owner. Since we were all girls he kindly upgraded us to their best room without any additional fee 😊. Everything was well arranged from pick-up to drop-off at the train station. Because our train the next day was very early around 6 am he even packed eggs and fruits for us to take as breakfast. The location is also great just a few steps away from the busy and lively party side of the river. Overall I highly recommend this family hotel.

The owner, Jenny was so friendly and she will be guiding you the walking route from the hotel to the cable car station.

Great stay, the room was incredibly beautiful. In the middle of the mountains and at a close enough distance to all places of interest. The stag was helpful and always available for any need. They helped me organize my tours and handled all the bookings, they also had me picked up and delivered to the train station. The restaurant is also delicious and they prepared cake for Christmas Eve which was a kin touch given I was a solo traveler far from home on Christmas. Definitely recommended and I would for sure return in the future.

My stay at Zhangjiajie Serenity Valley was excellent. The room was large, spotless, and very comfortable, with a great shower, an automatic toilet, a big cozy bed, and a spectacular mountain view. The jacuzzi was a great bonus. Breakfast is in Chinese style, but you can request eggs if you prefer. There are no restaurants nearby, but the hotel’s own restaurant is very convenient, with fair prices and generous portions. The location is ideal: about 10 minutes by car from both the South and South-East gates of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, 50–60 minutes to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon (Glass Bridge), and about 20–30 minutes to Tianmen Mountain. I also had no problems using Didi to move around. The staff can arrange tickets and help organize your visit, and they were incredibly kind and helpful with every request. A wonderful place with TRULY SWEET people. Fully recommended.

武陵山水客栈Wuling Shanshui Hotel har bjergudsigt og ligger i Zhangjiajie, 8 minutters gang fra Yuanjiajie. Her er restaurant, et fælles opholdsområde og roomservice samt gratis wi-fi overalt. Host was friendly and very helpful in helping us book tickets to the attractions. She gave us alot of advice and information on the attractions as well. Booked a triple room but there were 4 of us. However, the host still provided breakfast, toiletries and towels for all 4 of us. Host also gave each of us a bag of snacks when leaving. Recommended to stay!
