They are very helpful, always smiling, and doing their best to make you satisfied. The room was amazing; it had a beautiful atmosphere. I want to congratulate the decorator as well. I also admired that the place is animal-friendly, there are many cute cats. I came with my husband, but I also think it’s a great place for solo travelers. At night, I saw young people meeting each other and being very respectful. I had breakfast, even though I booked without it. I was surprised when Eya didn’t take any money and said, “It’s from us.” I also booked a Nile cruise with them, and it was an amazing night. The Wi-Fi works very well. There is a separate Wi-Fi network in the different area, all with the same password, so you can connect easily wherever you are Here in Egypt, you often see people trying to take money from you, so when you meet staff who truly want you to enjoy your stay and save your money, you really see the difference and feel grateful that you chose this place.
