The reception and wait staff were excellent. They always made sure everything was ok with your stay. The food at Gino’s was top notch, as was the service. The view from my room was spectacular; a view of the Tyne and bridges. Great Location.

I travelled with a child and they were so considerate getting us into the property a few hours earlier than regular check in - it was really appreciated.

I really appreciated touches like plenty of dishwasher tablets and laundry liquid. Location was perfect for me and only a two minute walk to the beach :)
