A very short walk to the beach, a small tesco a few steps away and the local bus stop right outside the property.

Det historiske Grantham Arms ligger i byen Boroughbridge, blot 5 km fra naturreservatet Staveley og Newby Hall & Gardens. The room was very cozy, modern and comfortable. The sunday roast was great and the staff was very welcoming. I absolutely recommend this accomodation.

Breakfast was to die for, the room was clean, the place was quiet, and the staff was super wonderful. Ms Wood brings it all together like a well-oiled machine and we always look forward to going again next year.

In the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park, The Lister Arms is a quintessential English pub and AA 4-star 18th-century inn, offering home-cooked food and cosy accommodation. The room was comfortable and quiet. The food was excellent. The hotel is an easy walk to magnificent trails and natural sites. The staff was exceptional, especially in helping us overcome major transportation problems ; the location is superb, but difficult to reach without a car. The staff was able to find us a driver, albeit expensive, without whom we could not have made our train connections.
