Located in the town of Boroughbridge, the historic Grantham Arms offers bedrooms just 5 km from Staveley Nature Reserve and Newby Hall & Gardens. The property has a contemporary bar with local real ales, restaurant, free parking and free WiFi. I was staying alone to break up a long drive south and this was such a nice surprise. Really gorgeous room with so many nice touches and incredibly comfortable. So much character too. The breakfast was also great and all the staff really friendly. A really cool place to stay. Also, even though it’s a pub with rooms it didn’t feel like that. Everything was hotel quality, spotlessly clean and a lot of effort has gone into the rooms so they feel really special.

The Lawrance Luxury Aparthotel - York is set in the York City Centre district of York, less than 1 km from York Minster, 26 km from Bramham Park and 34 km from Harrogate International Centre. The 4-star aparthotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom and free WiFi. The property is 500 metres from the city centre and 500 metres from York Railway Station. It’s a litter hard to find the hotel. Almost cost my 10min to find it. Except this, everything is wonderful!

The hotel is a beautiful old building. Our room was immaculate with a beautiful new bathroom. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Location was as described- 15 minute walk into town died safe streets.

All 27 en-suite bedrooms have been individually decorated with antique furniture and feature both tea/coffee making facilities and an en-suite bathroom with complimentary toiletries. For starters, this wasn't our first rodeo at Clementines. Over the past couple of years, I must've called - either with my son or partner - some 4/5 times. Rooms exquisite, staff and welcome exemplary, an ambience you won't find anywhere else in York. The decor is classic yet contemporary, amazing beds, wonderful bathrooms, AND - for the first time yet - we had breakfast. Oh my life, what've I been spending my life doing?? Superb spread, all seemingly local produce, and JUST the right amount of food to set you off on your day. Plus, it snowed over Saturday night, so we woke to a deep blanket of the white stuff. Lovely.

In the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park, The Lister Arms is a quintessential English pub and AA 4-star 18th-century inn, offering home-cooked food and cosy accommodation. Free WiFi and parking on site is available for guests. As always warm welcome great food and super staff. Nice to see some new staff equally good. Ross as always friendly and helpful. Waitress in restaurant was excellent think calked Stephanie . Bar staff really helpful. Cant fault it.

Not very far off the A1 and near to Ripon. Beautiful, old pub. Booked in for dinner and food was really good. Great, welcoming, friendly staff. The bedrooms are very well appointed, very comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was excellent.
