We didn’t really like the beach, but if you’re there just to get a nice tan, it does the job. Argostoli is about 15–20 minutes away. There are plenty of parking spaces available in the patio. We also appreciated the barbecue, which can be used, and the kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a simple breakfast to take away. The nights are amazing—you can watch the moon rise and enjoy the silence of the area.

We journey with a dog and it’s always very important for us to stay at dog friendly places (really dog friendly ;)). Pagonis' hosts were kindly open to the fact that the dog was with us and was staying alone in the room when we were going to the beach (we were leaving it because it was too hot). Other pluses: beautiful, calm surroundings, spacious terrace and big, comfortable and very clean room. If you need to make laundry, there is also an option (included in the price). Last but not least: the place is very close to the beach (10 minutes by foot). We recommend it very much!
