The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Breakfast was great. Location of course, was a little off grid, but isn't that the whole point ? (Loved the "Tuk Tuk" ride from the parking area to the hotel, amongst the rice paddies). "Service Recovery" from the day manager was fantastic. After we had an initial issue upon arriving at our room (see below), he tried (multiple times), to compensate us for the situation. Problem was, for him, we do not complain normally. and definitely not to gain "free offers" from hotels, which is therefore why we constantly refused any form of compensation. The upshot of all this was, he and his staff tried to make us feel as welcome as possible. This is 6 STAR service. 10 out of 10, especially for the effort.

Situated within 15 km of Seganing Waterfall and 17 km of Angel's Billabong, Penida Bambu Green Villas features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Nusa Penida. With mountain views, this accommodation provides a balcony. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the year-round outdoor pool, or enjoy views of the sea and pool. Best thing about this place were the butlers. We communicated via Whatsapp with them through our whole stay, for room service, massages, housekeeping needs, transfers and tours. Over our whole Bali trip, the service we received in this resort was the best!

They watched over our babies when we had to pack, feed us out of theur usual hours and allwats had the biggest smile on their face.

Great location, friendly staff. Enjoyed the bar and entertainment. Comfortable bed.

The whole family is incredibly welcoming and passionate about culture, music, and even mixology... "Balegria" 😀 As a filmmaker and while shooting all day long, I really appreciated the cozy setup and the sound of the jungle when returning to my hut at night 💜 I hope more travelers who truly value Bali’s culture find this gem and treat it with love 🙏 Be warned though: you’ll leave a piece of your heart behind when it’s time to go 🥹💔👋 It’s easy to get here by scooter, just minutes from central Ubud, with plenty of local restaurants nearby. No doubt 10/10 – Will be back!

Situated on the beachfront, this property features a shared lounge. The property offers bike hire and features a garden and outdoor fireplace. Excellently located guest house with very friendly staff. AC was available in the room and check-in was simple and fast. Very affordable and located a short walk from the port. Breakfast was included in the room rate, no choice but we were served an omelette with toast and jam which was tasty. The staff/owner was very friendly and accommodating. A perfect stay before your trip to the Gili islands
