The location was quiet, but an authentic little Irish home: Maggie's home from the late 1800s till 1987. A neighbour described Maggie as "Magnificent for this world: very intelligent and witty" and Gerry and Kathleen's brief note about Maggie gave further insight, which made sharing her home very special. Clean with great linen, good bathroom, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable sitting room, nice outdoor setting and sufficient heating.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is equipped with 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a toaster and a fridge. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Host provided a lot of food for us (milk, orange juice, pasta and sauce, cereal and some can food). Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, microwave (but no microwave utensil) are available. There are 2 hot plates on top of the oven which you can cook your food, but is a bit too high which make cooking difficult.
