Situated along Mount Road in Chennai, ITC Grand Chola is 8 km from the Chennai International Airport. It features 11 dining options and an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Tower Room was amazing...loved the space and the decor. It was a one nights stay yet memorable. We ordered some samosas and chicken to snack in the room....delicious. Had a good experience at the Cheroot Malt & Cigar Lounge trying out cocktails from the Cholatails menu......was truly impressed with the liquid poetry curated! Breakfast at the Madras Pavilion was top notch too....... I have dined in Avarthana last year..this was my first stay...and i am definitely coming back again and hope to stay longer and enjoy the hotel and probably have a tour as i simply love the touch of culture and modernity added to it. Close to the airport hence perfect location for a transit as well whilst exploring the rest on India. Special mention to the staff who were very kind and Keerthiga who was constantly checking on us from pre-arrival rite up to departure.........that is something really thoughtful. TQ....and bravo!

Me and my partner booked a private stay and loved our time. The place is very beautiful with an amazing view of the valley. It's also in close proximity ( approx 2 km walking) of the Kodai town, making it an ideal place if you love to Walk and enjoy the quiet (we ended up doing a lot of walking, as we like it!!) The hosts are amazing, they are very approachable and cool people to hang around with. The food is yummy as well:) Highly recommended if you are looking for even a private stay with a bit of socializing (you can choose not to as well ☺️). I was also working the whole time I was there, they have a very good and stable Internet connection, making it a good option for digital nomads.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and activities like billiards and table tennis, GReaT trails Yercaud by GRT Hotels, is a property nestled in nature and greenery. GReaT trails Yercaud by GRT Hotels far exceeded my expectations, especially after having stayed at other hotels in Yercaud. Sure, it's a bit pricey but it's money well spent for a delightful experience. The staff were amazing and attentive, responding immediately to any feedback, including my comment that the jacuzzi wasn't working (turned out I hadn't turned on the right switch). The room was modern, well-furnished, and comfortable, and had an amazing view. The bed allowed me to have a good night's sleep, and breakfast was satisfying. I was also impressed with the strong Wi-fi network, which was pretty bad during my stays at other Yercaud hotels. I had avoided the hotel in the past because I thought the hotel was too far away from the main town but I was wrong. A brisk walk will get you there in 15-20 minutes. I also liked the little Sky Walk near the restaurant--it's interesting to look down when you're standing on the clear glass parts of the walkway. Overall, a wonderful property with charming staff.

The 5-star Park Hyatt Chennai features a spa with rooftop infinity pool and fitness centre offering panoramic city views and views of the Guindy Forest Reserve. The breakfast is good with a wide spread of varieties. The attention from Rahul, Arindam, Avash, Karthick and the service staff was exceptional. Everyone of them were super attentive and made our stay both memorable and comfortable. The best part was Sous Chef Swarnendu, he was always there to explain and customize the dish if needed, not just once but every time we requested, especially making a consideration for my elderly parents. He made us feel as if we never left home. A special word of thanks to the engineering team, for helping with my dad’s medical equipment. Thanks to Lov & Ravi for the help with the bags. A major thank you to the house keeping staff, Shaktivel for keeping our all 3 of our rooms clean and well stocked.

Somerset Greenways Chennai features a rooftop infinity pool, fitness centre and steam and sauna facility. It offers 1 dining option and on-site bar. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Clean, quiet, very hospitable and helpful staff. Food was safe, great hygiene in all aspects. Healthy and fresh made traditional South Indian as well as Continental breakfast options. Will return! Highly recommend, it was a home away from home.
