Location is fantastic, on a slight rise looking over Lake Myvatn. The views out of the windows are stunning. We saw the North Lights, whilst we were there. You can choose to have someone knock on the door, if / when they are visible. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I accidentally left some shoes there and they went put of their way to find them. Breakfast was lovely..

Myvo The Studio apartment at Geiteyjarströnd 4 ligger i Reykjahlíð, 9 km fra Myvatn Naturbad og 48 km fra Goðafoss, og har en have og udsigt til en have. The Apartment was beautiful, comfortable, featured plenty of windows to enjoy the stunning view of the lake in front and the mountain in the back. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, there is even a laundry machine. The location is perfect, right next to Dimmuburgir, Hverir, the cave and of course the lake which benefited us with a beautiful sunset from the kitchen. It wasn't so cheap but worth the money.

Birkilauf i Myvatn ligger under 2,6 km fra naturbadene i Myvatn og byder på en række faciliteter, herunder udsigt over søen og bjergene. If I could give more than 10, I would happily do it. It was a fantastic apartment. I was a bit hesitant about shared kitchen initially. But it was absolutely fine. It was huge and exceptionally clean, had loads of utensils and cooking equipment. A full size dishwasher. So they have set up the kitchen in a way that multiple people can cook same time. They also come every morning to clean and reset the kitchen. They also give free supplies like breads, tomato, butter, oils etc. Washing machine came in very handy as this was day 7 of our Iceland trip when we stayed in Birkilauf. Rooms are very nice, neat and clean. Bathroom also looks newly done up Location is very close to all main areas like Hverir geothermal, Hverfjall Volcano and Dimmuborgir and lake Myvatn. Overall everything was great. Highly recommend.
