The homeowners Hajime and Yuko were helpful and attentive, they were trying their best to communicate with us in English. They also gifted us a delicious melon! The house is within walking distance to the tram stations, and there's a convenience store just around the block. The housing area was quiet as it was away from the main roads. Overall we had a great experience staying here.

SnowDog Village is a dog-friendly accommodation nestled in Higashiyama, a 5-minute drive from Niseko Village Ski Resort.

Rooms feature air conditioning during the summer, and guests will find a fully equipped kitchen on site. Apple TV and complimentary WiFi are available. There is a private bathroom with slippers in every unit as well as towels. We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment for 3 people. The apartment was spacious and also had an in-unit washer/dryer which was really convenient. The location itself was good as well. Around a 10 minute drive to Hirafu, 7 minutes to Hilton Village, and about 30 minutes to Rusutsu. However, there isn't much available in walking distance (e.g. convenience stores, restaurants, etc.). There's a ski locker next to the reception and the rental companies were able to deliver / pickup directly to Snowdog. There are a handful of parking spots available - we didn't have any issues, but we were also there from Monday - Thursday. Note that to facilitate snow clearing, the front desk told us that we may be asked to move our cars sometime between 8 - 10 AM. Our group mostly left around 9 AM for the slopes and never ran into this.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay for family of 4 during July. Very helpful host, shops a few minutes drive in town. All rooms had air con for summer and heating for winter. Cooking and socialising space with utensils, and laundry etc provided. You'd need your own car but if you're hiring then this place is great for groups.

Set in Biei, 36 km from Furano Station and 40 km from Windy Garden, ウバク荘 Ubakuso offers a garden and air conditioning. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Outdoor seating is also available at the apartment. The host was so lovely and kind! Breakfast every morning was an absolute treat. The place was so cosy and quite. We took trips to fukiage onsen every other day which was magical. Although we drove, there is a train station right by the house which could allow for easy public transport. Overall this was by far the best airbnb I've ever stayed in. Thank you!
