The house is big and airy; very breezy which tempers the coastal heat and humidity, and quite spacious. It's also quite cool at night. It's clean and well maintained. The location is perhaps the biggest selling point, close to Diani and Kongo beaches, a major supermarket and several restaurants within walking distance. Diana was responsive to our requests.

Beautiful, well maintained gardens, comfortable and clean rooms with AC, everything you could need (from cleaning supplies, to books, to food, seasoning, cooking equipment) spacious property with modern and homely furnishings, multiple bathrooms, great staff, a wonderful cook and... the Pool! Im not a pool person usually, much prefer just going to the beach, however this property and pool converted me, I couldn't get out of it!

This villa has a private pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. The property is non-smoking and is situated 300 metres from Galu Beach. We had planned a family reunion of eight at Tichi villas. On arrival. It felt like home away from home. The welcome we received from the host Carol and her staff, Juma, Chef Kombo, Sophie, and Kelvin was wonderful. The compound is beautiful. The house is tastefully decorated. Everything was looked into with attention to detail, and everyone was always on hand, ready to help. The rooms were all a good size for all the family to fit in, and none of the rooms felt cramped. Outside the house, you have tuk tuks if you are not driving to help you get into town. The outdoor pool and hot tub was warm and clean, which we used daily and the children were always going in for a dip. We even enjoyed evening swims after sundown as it was cool and refreshing, and outside had good lighting. The house has air conditioning in all the rooms and an upstairs dining table to have meals as a family. The two master rooms upstairs facing the front of the villa have a spacious shared balcony, which was big enough to for a 4 seater table as well extra sofas for 5 persons. If you watched closely, you will see many monkeys passing by in the trees. At the front of the villa is a seating area large enough to hold 9 persons, and it was nice and cool there. Definitely request for chef Kombo. His food is delicious, and he is always ready to accommodate or guide you on the dishes to make. His chapatis, mahamri, lyonnaise potatoes, pork sausages, the list is endless. They all went down a treat. At every meal time, all the food was laid out on the table really well and covered up. The house is about 5 minutes straight walk from the beach. There are two lovely friendly dogs at the property (Rio & Ginger) We would definitely recommend this villa and we give our stay 10/10

Located within 700 metres of Galu Beach and 2.7 km of Colobus Conservation, Amani Paradise - Luxury Villas provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Diani Beach. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Guests can make use of the outdoor fireplace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the pool and garden. I enjoyed everything about the hotel. The owners were friendly, and we felt right at home. The villa was cleaned daily, and it is the best spot on Diana Beach for a great vacation. Everything is conveniently located nearby: the beach, Carrefour, countless tuk-tuks, and a cafe (pallet cafe) with fresh food and drinks. Additionally, there is a regularly cleaned private pool for guests to enjoy.

Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. I highly recommend this place; it is on the top of my list for places to revisit in the future. Everything was excellent: the house is very well maintained and highly comfortable. The pool was even bigger than we expected and serviced every day by Peter, the very gentle and respectable Manager of the cottage. Elizah prepared the house meticulously for our arrival and comes to clean every couple of days. In choosing this accommodation, you will also be very close to Yellow Fins, the best (and locally owned) PADI diving centre around, where our kids got their certificates. The place already feels very safe, but a night there’s a security guard at the gate to make sure no funny stuff could happen during your stay. Be sure to visit the Pallet café closeby, a great place on the beach with an excellent restaurant and daybeds, serviced by deaf people. Their beach there is virtually hassle-free, which is another great benefit.
