It’s located some distance from the safari but still relatively close by. we managed to see the elephant and even a leopard! The room itself was clean and well planned, all the basic amenities were provided for us.

Dinner was another surprise - delicately prepared soup, biryanis and curries. Worth the wait as everything is prepared from scratch. Excellent location as Habarana gave us the opportunity to explore Central Province to the full. Combine all this with exquisite staff and the formula is complete. Well done guys, you deserve these 5 stars!

Kalhara was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond—organizing a cultural evening, a great safari trip, and arranging tuk-tuks at fair prices. He helped with everything before, during, and after our stay. The guesthouse was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by nature. The breakfast was also very good! Highly recommended!

I arrived very late, around 4:30am and the property owner/manager was still able to accommodate me and help me find my way. Great location to go on a safari, clean rooms, excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend staying here!

There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. Rock Villa is in a superb location, walking distance to the temple, shops, and restaurants. Everything was perfect. Very clean rooms, bedding and towels. Hot water shower. We are travelling by bicycle, and these were securely locked in the garden. Our host provided us with water melon and a cold drink when we arrived and filtered water for our onward travel. He was also very informative of the local history.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights in the Pearl of The Jungle private tree house on the property. Sameera and his staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed 2 dinners and breakfast each morning- the food was absolutely wonderful… would highly recommend for this alone. Our treehouse was quiet and extremely comfortable. The open air bathroom was nice and clean. We would live at the Mutu village if we could!
