Despite prices rising massively due to football events, Mr Kareem was extremely honest with his pricing, which we truly appreciated. From the moment we booked, he was very responsive and welcoming. He sent clear directions and was waiting for us on arrival with kindness and respect. We even told him we would arrive in 20 minutes, but we ended up being late by almost an hour and a half after stopping to shop. He never called or messaged to rush us or ask where we were — he simply waited patiently. That alone really touched us and made us feel how genuinely kind and respectful he is. The apartment was spotless, very clean, well organised, and felt safe. Mr Kareem even left complimentary coffee, water, and cake — something we’ve never experienced before in Morocco. A very thoughtful gesture. The building is secure, modern, and well maintained, with a large garage. It’s close to the motorway and about 25–30 minutes from the city centre, making travel very easy. Mr Kareem is a genuinely kind and hospitable person. We are truly grateful and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The host Mr Regragui was very nice and helpful. The location was perfect for us, one minute away from the wedding venue. The rooms are alright but the Villa is beautiful. Great value for money.
