Staff was amazing, very friendly and knew everything about our stay, food and activites

We really loved our stay - the breakfast fast amazing and it was a well needed calm oasis after some hectic days in the Medina. We enjoyed some warm sunny days at the pool, massage and the room was so spacious, clean and comfy. You had your own little mini garden and a double sunbed in front of the room! + lots of activities/tours to choose from + try the tartar on my pictures, it was the best I’ve had!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Riad dar Ourika. The facilities and the staff are amazing. We booked a standard room which was very spacious and clean. The riad itself is very peaceful and it is perfect for getting rest from busy streets of Marrakech. Breakfast was really good and you can get excellent lunch there for a reasonable price. Najib and Faouzi are wonderful hosts, so we warmly recommend Riad dar Ourika.

Beautiful Riad, clean and very traditional. Great location. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, very helpful with recommendations for restaurants for dinner. Breakfast wonderful. Trips organised with the Riad very good, driver great and very knowledgeable.

This beautiful new boutique hotel is stunningly designed, with every detail carefully thought through and perfectly in harmony. The architecture blends seamlessly into the peaceful countryside, and the interior décor is refined and consistent throughout. The Tamegroute pottery in particular added such a unique touch. The palm tree-lined driveway creates a sense of grandeur as you arrive. From the terrace, the views of the surrounding landscape are simply breathtaking. The pool is delightful: the water temperature was just right, and the sun loungers were comfortable. We stayed in the most basic (and therefore cheapest) room, but it was absolutely perfect: beautifully decorated, a comfortable bed, and a fantastic shower. This is the ideal place to escape the busy work life and truly relax. Some other reviewers mentioned the access road, but we honestly don’t understand the complaints. It’s just a typical Moroccan gravel side road, easily manageable if you drive slowly – as you should anyway, since you often come across goat herds on the way! The food is delicious; not an extensive menu, but that makes perfect sense for such a small-scale hotel where guests often dine in Essaouira. This way, every meal is fresh and nothing goes to waste. The tajines were outstanding, cooked with love, and the breakfasts were a real treat too: different types of pancakes, bread, a freshly made omelette. What really sets this hotel apart is the wonderful staff. We have traveled to Morocco before and know the warmth of Moroccan hospitality, but the kindness and genuine care of this team were truly exceptional. During our stay, nothing was ever too much trouble. Each staff member, in their own way, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for, and they did it from the heart! They also had a wonderful team spirit among themselves, which made us feel like part of the Zayyna family. Saying goodbye was genuinely difficult.

The host is super friendly and went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible, including helping with arranging transfer and excursions. The place itself is clean and peaceful, a nice oasis to unwind and recharge.
