It is surrounded by trees and very quiet as there is no road nearby. 5 mins to the beach, 15 mins to the train station

Great location with everything you need within a few steps! Close to good restaurants, a convenience store with long hours, and the train station, and the market is right out the front door!

Free WiFi is available throughout. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Staff is so helpful, and especially Valentina she help me a lot. Rooms are in good condition, hotel’s location is perfectly good. I highly recommend this hotel

Located on the famous Boulevard La Croisette in Cannes, Hôtel Martinez - in the Unbound Collection by Hyatt is a 5-star hotel featuring a private beach, which is accessible for an extra charge. Guests can enjoy a meal in one of the onsite restaurants or a drink at the lobby bar restaurant Le Sud amazing location, we came by train from Nice and had 15 min walk from the train station to our hotel. The beach is sandy and nice and has a lot of restaurant options. Cannes old town is very close and the hotel has an amazing garden and heated outside swimming poll and nice gym that I enjoyed even on a rainy day. Our room faced the garden and the Cannes hills and the view was so nice and was very quiet. The Reception staff was amazing and friendly and the Concierge was so nice and they helped us to rent a cute car that was delivered to us right at the hotel at the requested hour.
