The Hotel is located in the most beautiful scenic part of Kotor. It's a beautiful, clean and aesthetically pleasing hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. The room exceeded my expectations with an incredible view of the bay. My partner was welcomed with a complimentary desert and bottle of wine for his birthday. We had a lovely stay and will 100% recommend.

Set only 160 metres from the beach, Hotel Pine is located in the centre of Tivat. The hotel was completely renovated in 2014 and boasts stunning views of the Tivat Bay. Beautiful facilities, great location

This hotel was an amzing experience. The staff were warm and helpful and went out of their way to ensure all was well with your stay. The hotel's emphasis on health was refreshing and all the food options were healthy choices. There is a smoothie bar with dleicious smoothies and breakfast was fresh and delicious with real eggs and ingredients. .The service was excellent. The rooms were a great size - comfortable with alot of attention to detail. . The shower was amazing and fresh large size towels were replaced once used along with all amenties. your needs were met before asking. The gym is amazing along with the classes offered if exercising is important to you on vacation. Overall this hotel exceeded expectations in every area and we would recommend this hotel without any hesitation !!! When we travel to a new location we sometimes break up our stay at different hotels. We did that on this trip and we were so sad we did as the Regent Port Montenegro which is considered the 5 star of this area did not come close to 5 star especially when compared to what we received at SIRO. EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL EXPERIENCE!!! Will be recommending this hotel to all family and friends visiting Montenegro!!

From the moment Ana greeted me, the experience at ApartHotel Maxim felt like visiting old friends rather than simply checking into a hotel. The room was spotless and beautifully arranged, with a private balcony that opened onto an unforgettable view of the Bay of Kotor. Direct access to the sea made it easy to slip into the water or wander along the promenade to the city centre. Ana’s warmth was matched by her family’s helpfulness: her son Vlado kindly carried my luggage and even provided me with a bicycle to explore the town. On the morning of my very early departure, Ana insisted on seeing me off in person, a gesture that spoke volumes about her genuine care for guests. Such hospitality, infused with sincerity and thoughtfulness, transforms a stay into a cherished memory.

Superb apartment with beautiful view from windows and balcony. There is a little individual small garden in this apartment. Enjoyed swimming in the pool (filled with sea water) during the day heat. Pool is clean and well-equipped for sunbathing. There is everything you need in the apartment for a long stay. Host is very friendly helping us with tourist advices, guides etc. Free parking. Beaches nearby are usually small but cozy and are not crowded in this area.

Our stay at this wonderful hotel in Tivat was simply perfect! The location is an absolute dream - just a few steps from the water, we enjoyed the view of the bay every morning and could start our walks directly from the hotel. The rooms impressed us immediately - modern and stylishly furnished with thoughtful details and the highest level of comfort. The consistent design concept is tastefully implemented and conveys a feeling of elegance and relaxation at the same time. The impeccable cleanliness, ensured by Tanja and others from the housekeeping team, impressed us anew each day. What truly makes this hotel unique is its exceptional pet-friendliness. As dog owners, we weren't just tolerated but genuinely welcomed with open arms! The staff exceeded our expectations in every way. Romina, Anđela, and especially Marija at the reception made our stay truly special with their warmth, professionalism, and valuable tips for excursions in the surrounding area. Every question was answered with a smile, every wish immediately fulfilled. A culinary highlight was the à la carte breakfast - freshly prepared every morning and served with much love. Chef Marija absolutely delighted us with her creations! Her passion for regional products and creative interpretation of traditional dishes led us to dine in the hotel's restaurant in the evenings as well. The quality of the food and the attentive service were consistently at the highest level. The combination of perfect location, stylish ambiance, excellent cuisine, and above all, the exceptionally warm and competent staff makes this hotel a jewel on the Montenegrin coast. We will certainly return and can warmly recommend this pet-friendly paradise in Tivat to everyone - whether with or without four-legged companions!
