In a prime location in the centre of Christchurch, Hotel Montreal offers free WiFi, a restaurant and free private parking for guests who drive. This 5-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. Certain units at the property feature a balcony with a city view. Originally scheduled to stay for a couple of nights, my wife and I ended up with a serious case of the flu on arrival. We managed to extend our stay by an extra 3 days. This was a lifesaver for us and our dogs. The staff here are exceedingly kind and helpful, and I mean all of them. We have stayed at lots of places, at both ends of the spectrum but the Montreal is a whole other level of great. Beds,rooms,bathroom,balcony and basically everything else is top notch,100% spot on. Thank you so much for looking after us.

Lovely comfy room with all the traits of home..We felt very comfortable there. Probably that nicest B&B we have stayed in and we have traveled the world. Rose, the Manager and her delightful dog were just terrific, and their kindness made the stay quite memorable for us.
