We didn’t want to leave. The house was beautiful in a fantastic location. We felt totally spoiled. There were lots of lovely little touches which made us feel like we were completely at home. Milk in the fridge and food in the pantry. Moira’s directions from Dawson’s roundabout brought us straight to the door. This place is a gem.

We have stayed at this location before and chose it again because we liked everything about it - the location (very close to shops and beach and other locations of interest). Lookout (view) is of the Taranaki walkway beside the coast, so lots of Pohutukawa trees coming into bloom and SO many birds. Our hosts we had met before and again, friendly, helpful and made us feel very comfortable. Thoughtful touches like the large bottle of milk in the fridge, food in the freezer and chocolates. So clean. The garden is wonderful and enclosed by a high fence giving us total privacy. I was quite excited by the electronic gate opener.
