The location is gorgeous, with a beautiful reef + drop off(dive site, with turtles, fishes, lots of coral), white sand beach. I stayed for about 3 weeks. The treehouse bedroom is probably the most beautiful room I ever had in the Philippines, and I traveled plenty. Very big room. Great interior design, old style wooden-Asian deco, amazing balcony right over the sea, reef and surrounded by trees, absolutely magical firefly’s tree at eye level during the night, flying to the room sometimes, whilst stargazing under a starlit sky. I tried the other room they are also very nice, but the treehouse is definitely the one to get. Bill and Christina are very friendly and helpful hosts. Great breakfasts. Cool Honda HR Motorbike for rent. I hope I’ll be back.

We stayed in the villa and really enjoyed the peace and quiet and privacy that we had. It was nice to have the private pool. My kids took advantage of it and swam every day, and it was nice that we could watch them easily. There are many places to relax there; a hammock, a cabana, a beach chair, and the other furniture. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to have our meals served in our villa, which was super convenient. They also help you arrange tours, transportation, massages, and other activities. There’s a private beach and there’s a kayak that can be used by guests. The location is also very convenient as it’s only about half an hour from Moalboal. The food from the restaurant was scrumptious. We loved everything we ordered from them.

Offering a tropical beach getaway, Tepanee Beach Resort sits on top of a 10,000 m² piece of land on Malapascua Island. I had an awesome week in my little bungalow. The private beach to go snorkeling is perfect, and staff really take care of it. At night it is quiet and the room is spacious and airco works well. The bathroom is a good size, and the shower is great. The matras is more on the older side, but still I slept really well. There is instant coffee in the room, and the mini fridge is filled with drinks. The breakfast buffet is basic, but it has everything you would want. In general, food on the island anywhere ranges from 'meeeeeeh' to 'urgh', so I enjoyed breakfast even more. There are a lot of steps to walk up and down, which might be a challenge for some. All in all I very much enjoyed my stay! Would recommend and I would come back!
