The facilities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. A special shoutout to TJ, one of the staff members, who went above and beyond to assist me. I accidentally left my shirt behind, and he kindly helped to ensure it was returned to a fellow traveler from my country. His willingness to go the extra mile truly speaks volumes about the excellent service and care provided at this hotel. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting El Nido. Spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff, great location (right next to Robinsons Mall). Definitely one of the better 3 star hotels in this area (could be 4 star tbh). Good gym equipment and possibility to do laundry. Most importantly, super cute security dog.
