The hotel is so beautiful, just as it is on the internet. The saw it on TikTok, and decided to give it a try, and I must admit that I didn’t regret it. The staff were very helpful, and respectful. Always willing to help with a big smile on their faces. Every part of the hotel is a perfect place for pictures, and videos. There’s a currency exchange store, and a seven eleven store right opposite the hotel. The location is ideal and their breakfast is good. I highly recommend it!

The cafe on the ground floor was great, and the swimming pool was fantastic. The large-screen TV in our room was too good for us to be cosy and watch FRIENDS. The kitchenette was a super add-on to our comfort. All in all 10/10 stay for us.

Namwann was an excellent Host. All the staff at check in and the staff at the restaurants were great. We dined at the parlour, breakfast and mott 32. The music curation was also on point great all around vibes. 👌🏽👌🏽

A 3-minute walk from Chong Nonsi BTS Skytrain Station and Mahanakohn, W Bangkok Hotel offers a luxury accommodation with modern amenities and free Wi-Fi in the public areas. From the moment my niece and I stepped out of the taxi after a rather enduring journey from Pattaya we were treated like VIPs. This special treatment then continued for the full duration of our stay.  It was an absolute delight throughout. We can't thank the staff enough - they are the most lovely people imaginable - and truly made our holiday extra special. Massive shout to Sen and DoDo would looked after us every morning for breakfast, always with a smile and great humour, and Pinny performing concierge duties with happy enthusiasm.  The hotel itself is magnificent - the most comfortable beds, beautiful rooms, all of the amenities you could possibly need, oh, and a magnificent breakfast buffet - top quality all the way. Two BTS stations are very close to the hotel .. as is Arabica coffee on the 55th floor of the Empire Building, be sure to check it out. We can't wait to return - we absolutely wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in BKK now .. W is Welcoming, Wonderful, Wholesome hotel perfection. Thank you .. WOW :))

The facilites was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located near the Kings Palace and other site seeing venues. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was very roomy.

Directly connected to Asok BTS Skytrain Station and just steps from Sukhumvit MRT Subway Station, the luxurious Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit offers award-winning restaurants and 24-hour room service. Fabulous location, immediate access to transportation, shopping, host of amenities. Friendly attentive staff, unique pool in a busy urban setting, great food and spa. Amazing jazz in the Living Room, great music and atmosphere in Barsu. We will return, five stars.

The unique experience of staying on the water was unforgettable. Roger, the host, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we stepped aboard. The room was cozy and nice.
