I wanted to choose a cozy boutique type of hotel facing the sea and with a short distance to the city life so having that balance was very important to me and Riviera hotel met all of the expectations I had and even more. It is situated in a hectic part of Koh Samui but in a peaceful area so you can easily relax once you reach your room. I had a sea view room and the views were amazing - it's like looking at the postcard - breathtaking views! Staff was warm and welcoming, ask them anything and they will help out! Thank you so much I really enjoyed my time there.

The decor is very stylish and the beds are sooo confortable. The staff is super nice and very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Large kind size beds, full kitchen and bathroom in the villa and a gorgeous front porch h made this great for our family. Owned and operated by a very kind French family who so doing a great job!

It’s a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the main touristy areas, which is perfect for having a bit of peace and quiet and makes for a more relaxed setting. Yet, its is a short distance by scooter for everything you want to go and explore or enjoy. The staff was exceptionally friendly and serviced the villa daily and kept everything clean and tidy. John, the proprietor, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and he knows the island well and was always keen to assist with anything. He was always super keen to assist with anything, and assisted me with everything from renting a scooter to getting me a taxi to the airport. This level of personal pride and attention is amazing and gives it a real personal touch.
