The pool area is so beautiful and the pool is now heated so you can enjoy swimming even in winter! The staff is friendly and super helpful... Especially Oguz! He was so helpful and always with a smile in his face! He made our stay so special and stress- free as he seemed to always have an answer to our questions! Internet connection was quite stable during our stay, even for business calls. There is also a launch area with good internet connection where you can work, at the back of the reception .

You feel like you are not just a client in this hotel, but a welcome guest! They will help you organize your vacation: a hot air balloon flight, excursions (both group and private), quad bike rides, and they will also pick you up / take you from the airport. There are also wonderful breakfasts, very varied. Live music in the evenings, very high-quality cocktails, delicious hookah. The hotel is located on the top, from where a beautiful view of the balloons opens, a 5-minute walk from the observation deck. I will note about the rooms - very clean, spacious, there are all the bathroom accessories, a bathrobe, slippers. Also in the refrigerator there is a free bottle of wine, drinks, water. In the room there is a coffee machine with capsules. I do not know what can be done even better than this hotel was able to do for its clients. Artemis is the best hotel !!! And the restaurant, by the way, too!
