The breakfast and the dinnervwas tasty a plenty. The accomodation is near the gorilla track meeting point. The owner put the fire to dry the wet shoos for the next day gorilla track. I can recommend the accomodation, Make sure you choose this one

The location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the food , tasty and well-prepared. The atmosphere is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this place!

A wonderfull wiev over the lake. We did enjoy the atmosohere by the peacefull place. The food was tasty and healthy. We did prefere the local organic food which was made for us in the restaurant. Also the breakfest was splendid every morning. San was the chef who made tasty vegeterian food for us from local organig ingredients. Peace was the best ever as a waitress, as she was smiling and talking with us . The cottage we had was perfekt with the astonishing wy to the blue lake. We did watch the birds, the stars and we made a wonderfull boattrip on the lake. We had also a trip to a village of pygmis. At the last night we did see a flying star! Then we had the change to hope that we could come back here again! There was also time to make some jogapractising by own. We did read books. We did make meditation daily by ourselves. Also we had time to make watercoulourpainting by us selves of the landscapes. I tried to paint the landscapes which did very much remaind me of William Turners paintings Everything was organaised by a fantastic personal! We were kept so well that it felt almost like at home. The owner Edvard was so kind. He did organise everything for us. It was so nice to visite the pygmivillage and dance with them. Edvard took us to the border of Ruanda. He did help to get trough the formalities. Ores was the excellent guide on our boattrips! Ores took care of telling us how to behave at pygmivillage. He did also tell us very many stories about Uganda. Kampu was the expert to make campfire and drive the motorboat. He was always polite and helpful. Charkotte, the manager, was keeping everything in excellent hands. Always smiling and always helping in everything. With the experiencis of travelling more than hundred countries we do highly recommend this lovely gorgeous place Lake resort! We do both feel like new persons after spending four nights there!! The view from the patio is breathtaking, and the Villa is well equipped with everything you need. I truely enjoyed the atmosphere during our stay, as it feels as if you are on your own planet, as there is just you and the incredible beauty of the lake and its nature, as you overlook the whole scenery. Could have spend all day just sitting there and enjoy the beauty of it all. Pure joy.

Although on peninsula felt like it’s on an island, having to take a boat or canoe to reach there. Very tranquil. And young Joseph is full of knowledge and chef Hirari cooks great meals. Cool hiking areas and canoe tour to around the lake is fabulous. They even heat water for you for a hot shower. Great place.

My husband and I loved the peace and quiet away, the sound of birds in the morning and the hospitable staff. *Allan* was of great help in all ways possible. He is flexible, friendly and good at his job. Him and Joab guided us so well through the high rope course activities, he took us canoeing which we also enjoyed. He took us around the village through the locals, shops and everything else we needed. Our stay was remarkable ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Everything is good there. I'm a nostalgic person so the stay was worth my liking. The remoteness makes it all comfortable. It cuts you off from the modern world and it's horrors. The staff is so disciplined. The hosts are really great people, when you visit it's like you have become apart of the family. The cottages are really nice. Very well ventilated to keep out bugs. The lake view is awesome. Oh my God the food 😃 It's safe from dangerous animals and reptiles. Star gazing is one of the must-do things while there, it's so beautiful. I could go about it forever.
