Wonderful staff particually Nicole at the front desk. She was professional and she was so kind and like a friend helping us with places to dine and things to visit. The room was HUGE and well set up. I was thrilled that finally a large hotel in USA had sustainabile iniatives such as not plastic water bottles, cups etc packing. There was a note they had glass bottles for us to use to fill with water and aice machine on every level which we used and the water tasted good.
