This 4-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. The hotel features a sauna and luggage storage space. It was the best decision to book the Chelsea Hotel. On arrival we received a very friendly welcome. The "The Grand" suite that we booked was much nicer and larger in real life than in the pictures. The location in Chelsea was perfect for us. You have everything around and you can quickly get to other parts of the city. We will book the Chesea again on our next visit and have already saved our suite number.

Close to the park and museums. Clean spacious rooms with basic amenities. Rooms were cleaned daily. We got one superior and one queen suite. Both were great.

The location in a prestigious classy building was a very pleasant surprise. The view from the bar at the top floor is stunning. Having a supermarket in the basement is extremely convenient. The location cannot be better than this if you want to visit Manhattan and Brooklyn.
