It was very filling and tasty. The staff at the hotel were very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. The location was great for walking to many sights in Manhattan. There were metro stations close by as well. The hotel had many safety measures i.e. safe in room, elevator use only with room key, etc. However the area in general is safe to walk around during the day and evening.

Hotel has loads of atmosphere and the lounge, complete with roaring fire, was perfect after a day out exploring NYC in the wintry weather. Rooms on the small side, but that is par for the course in NYC and perfectly laid out within their small footprint. The daily cookies and water were very much appreciated. Would definitely return.

This is a lovely well run urban retreat, befitting of the Paspaley legacy...on return each evening you feel as though you leave behind the chaos and dirtiness of Manhattan once you walk through the doors.

Absolutely stunning hotel with lovely facilities. The hotel were kind enough to upgrade us when we arrived so we had a suite for the week. Beautiful room / bathroom with a breath taking view. BIG thank you to housekeeping, they came twice a day and couldn’t do enough for us!
