Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

From the moment we arrived in lobby the staff was so helpful, kind and all smiles behind front desk and from check in till the day of check out every staff member we met always had a smiles and kind words. Breakfasts were yummy, but the kickback buffet and drinks included for guest was amazing every afternoon/evening, this was our favorite meal and a wonderful way for guest to to recharge before going out dancing.

Less than a 5-minute walk from Elvis Presley's Graceland Mansion, The Guest House at Graceland offers accommodation with 2 on-site restaurants, a theatre and outdoor pool with pool bar. Complimentary airport shuttle service and an evening Peanut Butter and Jelly Bar is offered. Fantastic location for Graceland and a great shuttle service. Lovely clean rooms. Lots to do in the hotel with great outdoor pool area. Highly recommend staying in this hotel especially if you are a Elvis fan like myself.
