The staff were helpful in organising collection from any point on the Island and organising onward transfer to Hanoi. As a solo traveller, I felt safe comfortable and looked after very well. Excellent value for 1 person and even better value for 2 persons. Lovely stay and lovely people

We had the apartment with the amazing views over the swimming pool into the valley. Really a view to die for. The resort is very clean, personnel is really nice and helpful, the breakfast complete and for every taste is something available. Yes it’s a bit out of the way but with a scooter (for rent at the resort) it’s only 10 minutes. But being in paradise it’s a just a small effort to make. We had a little issue with our Landry and they solved this on a very good way and without any discussion.

The Host Judy - Is very responsive and very informative. And the place is about 15-20 mins from town, and so its peaceful and has good spots around to eat and chill. I would go back. You can book boat tours and other activities at the hotel at reasonable prices.

More of a bed and breakfast type setup with nice private rooms in m the upper floors with a common living room kitchen area on the ground floor. It was great!

He even helped us book our transportation to Cat Ba, which made our trip so much easier. The hotel itself is spotless, well-maintained, and very welcoming. One of the most unique and special stays we've ever encountered in our travels, couldn't recommend the floating homestay enough - it was so beautiful and peaceful. The owners are so friendly and the meals we were served were absolutely delicious - be ready for a feast when you come here!
