The studio is located near Westlake of Hanoi and is pretty calm – as far as you can find a calm place in Hanoi. With Grab you are within 15 – 20 minutes in Old Town. The Studio is super clean including the bathroom. Beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has enough equipment to prepare some meals. Refrigerator, kettle and washing machine in the Studio too! We have been located on the seventh floor, nice few from there. A big Plus and an extra star is for the communication with the owner via WhatsApp. Fast reply, perfect English (which is very helpful!) and whatever you need: just text a message, reply comes within a few minutes. We have been to SamSam Studio Apartement twice and in sum we spent 12 nights there. When you are seeking a place a bit off the noises, parties and karaoke bars: Highly recommended!

Holiday Home har en god beliggenhed i Hoan Kiem District-distriktet i Hanoi. We had a room with enough beds for our family of 5, and Tony the owner made us so welcome right from arrival. He helped us book a Halong Bay cruise, as well as our trip to the Ha Giang motorcycle loop. Everything went off smoothly, and he checked on us all the way through. He also gave us a place to freshen up and keep our luggage between buses in and out of Hanoi. Exceptional service all around!

Mrs Spring was incredibly helpful in all aspects of our stay - she accommodated us and informed us of interesting facts of Hanoi, useful tips around the city and streets, as well as organising tours and transfers without us having to even ask. Room was clean and tidy, prime location in the Old Quarter with a view looking onto the street.

The food was fantastic and I wish we had Korean food in Southern California where I live.

We had for the end of our two weeks trip a wonderful last day in Amaya. The place is very nice, very well integrated with the nature. The cooking is very well prepared, one of the best restaurant of you trip. Pool water comes from the hills, without use of chemical product. It is so relaxing place. And location is close to the airport. Service is really kind ful. And at 15 min by walk, a heritage place worth to be visited.
