Thulamela Couples Retreat ligger i Hazyview, 5,1 km fra Kruger Park Lodge Golf Club, og har en udendørs swimmingpool, en have og en terrasse samt gratis privat parkering. Beds were comfortable but I am used to a very firm mattress. So I suppose I would find most others on the soft side. The location close to the little town and shopping centres of Hazyview which has first class shops like a Woolworths Food where you can buy excellent provisions for a braai or whatever you are planning. Although Hazyview has expanded a lot over the past 30 year since Thulamela was established, this small intimate little B&B with only 6 cabins retains its character and tranquility. Penny, the owner and host is perfect as are the staff, Julia and the lady who brought us our delicious breakfast. Not a cooked breakfast but delicious.

Hippomoon lodge game reserve ligger i Hoedspruit og har en udendørs swimmingpool, have, en terrasse og restaurant. We only stayed for one night at the Hippomoon Lodge but were treated to quite an eventful time there. I was celebrating my 50th birthday and on meeting the colourful and effervescent Xavier, we were shown round our room which was nothing short of spacious, a large room with an equally large adjoining bathroom. I'm sure that Xavier would agree that the real star is lovely Patricia who was exceptionally kind and helpful. The hospitality here set the tone for our ZA experience, nothing was too much trouble. Xavier is a prolific raconteur so sit back with a drink and enjoy the anecdotes. The lodge is around 30 min drive from Hoedspruit Airport along an unmade road that will hopefully be completed soon. Around the lodge are a variety of animals that can be enjoyed at close quarters. Xavier took us out in his truck to explore the animals on the estate that included giraffe, zebra, ostrich and a variety of buck. In the evening, we were served with a lovely meal cooked to perfection, while appreciating the effort made to make my birthday really special. The electrical storm added a little sparkle to the evening. The lodge is a fun place to stay, roomy and very comfortable. You will be really well looked after and there is plenty to see just by relaxing within the outside space that includes a small pool and recliners. Thanks again to Patricia and Xavier for their warm hospitality and helpful advice that set us on our way on what was a memorable trip.

Cottage Lenise ligger ca. 12 km fra Phalaborwa Gate og har bjergudsigt og en balkon. Dette landsted har privat pool, have, grill, gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. great place out of town, very quiet and safe. Owner sent great instructions to enter property, well equipped, nice yard, pool was refreshing after a long day. Would highly recommend this property.

Dar Amane Guest House ligger 16 km fra Mac-Mac Falls og tilbyder indkvartering med en have, en terrasse og roomservice. Bed & breakfast-stedet har både gratis wi-fi og privat parkering. We stayed at Dar Amane for one night on our way to the Kruger passing through the Panoramic Road. The place is well located close to God’s Window and is a haven of peace. The room was stunning with a private deck where a delicious breakfast was served. Henry and his staff were lovely and very helpful, he even booked us a table for dinner as they don’t have a restaurant. We would definitely recommend!

Molly's Cottage ligger i Graskop, 16 km fra Mac-Mac Falls. Her er en gårdhave, have, og gratis wi-fi. Spacious, warm with both heaters and logburner fire plus electric blankets, beautiful rustic SA decor, plenty of bathroom facilities and towels. Great selection of condiments and comfy central lounge area. Loved that we only had to light the already set up fireplace. Plenty of wood to burn. Owner talked us through the lighting process. Plenty of plugs and Great pod coffee.

24 Degrees South Country Estate ligger i Hoedspruit i Limpopo med Kinyonga Reptile Centre indenfor 10 km og tilbyder indkvartering med gratis wi-fi, grillfaciliteter, en have og gratis privat... A great place to relax, explore the surroundings and enjoy the tranquility. Close enough to explore town easily. Host was very helpful with recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants.
