A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

I loved the value and how clean everything was. We had a great room. Use of the balcony and a pool. Myself and staff didn't speak the same language. But wow they were so so nice to us. They were helpful. Gave us an umbrella when it rained. Made sure we got the taxi to the airport. Helped with directions and anything else we needed. They were so so good even though all communication was via Google translate as we don't speak Armenian They really took time to help

Absolutely perfect. Parking is directly under the windows of the apartment behind the automated gates, can be controlled by buttons from the inside. There is a swimming pool, always accessible, illuminated from the edge of the evening. In the bathroom you have a shower gel, in the room there is a refrigerator. In front of the room on the common terrace then mini clothes dryers with clothes pegs, there is one in front of each room. Next to the parking spaces is a seating area where breakfast is served in the morning. It starts at 8:30. If you want to go somewhere earlier, no problem, anything can be taken from the fridge in the dining room and prepared at no charge. There is an additional toilet in the common room, you can use washing powder or hairdryer. A shop is within walking distance, and there is a public transport stop a short walk away. Yerevan is about 15-20 minutes away by car. I apologize in advance for the mess in the photos, it was caused by us. Everything clean and tidy on arrival. :)
