Hotels with Pools in Jermuk

This is a great hotel. My room was bigger than my own living room, with a huge and comfy bed. Off-street parking, great shower. All I needed. Great value for money.

The structure was clean,welcoming and well organised. The spa and gym were great and the food was delicious too

I'd stayed previously in another, more expensive, hotel in Jermuk, which I enjoyed but, WOW, this one was amazing. The entire venue looks swish and new, and my room was warm and comfy with superb WiFi and a huge SmartTV. The room was well stocked daily with both still and sparkling water. Breakfast was a great buffet with many options. I'd booked fully inclusive as I knew Jermuk had little in the way of restaurants. OMG. Dinner was an absolute and utter feast. I felt guilty every night that I left so much of the amazing food they brought. There was a plethora of salad options, along with several meats and cheeses, a selection of fruits, plus several cooked items and heaps of bread, butter and other items along with a carafe of compote and several bottles of water. The staff speak a little English, and I speak no Armenian or Russian, but that wasn't an issue. The reception staff speak good English and were very helpful. The room has lots of sockets, including different USB ports. It's the only hotel I've ever stayed (I've been on the road for nearly 10 years) that has USB-C ports as well as USB-A. I booked the hotel as I had a lot of work to do and wanted somewhere quiet for a few days. This hotel was perfect! I stayed in my room for most of the day, working, relaxing and watching TV. It was a great break from all my usual hectic travels.

Everything was good. The place is very family friendly. Children can get busy with the trampoline, slide, pool, sand pool, etc. There is also a nice place to have barbecue and eat outside. The host has thought of everything that might be useful for the customers. I highly recommend this place.

The staff was incredibly polite and nice! And the hotel was super clean which is a green flag for me! Although it would be nice to have a few more spa procedures included such as masssage etc, I loved everything they offered! Especially the treatments in the physiotherapy room were amazing! Hats off to Ani for bein a real professional! The gym inside the hotel was very well-equipped, and the trainer was very attentive to make sure you're doing everything correctly! I appreciate how kind and helpful Tatev from the reception was! Amazing service from everyone!

Great that all meals can be included in price!
