Our group of friends had an absolutely fantastic stay at this guesthouse! The location was truly amazing – it provided the perfect base for exploring the area and offered a wonderful atmosphere. What really made our experience special was the incredibly lovely hostess. She was so welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Her kindness truly made us feel at home. As a bonus for animal lovers, we also really enjoyed the company of the guesthouse's dogs. They were so sweet and friendly, adding an extra touch of warmth to our stay. We would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay with exceptional hospitality. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area again!

The location is truly great - a stunning view of the surrounding mountains, conveniently located near the historic Sanahin Monastery and Mikoyan brothers' museum. The guest house is newly built and impeccably clean. My room was cozy, comfortable with a homely atmosphere. The most enchanting and exceptional thing here - it's the hospitality of the hosts. This wonderful family is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with anything you may need. I'm immensely grateful to the hosts for their warmth and hospitality. really beautiful location, clean facilities and really friendly staff! it’s about 30min walk from the road but it’s well sign posted so easy to find, really peaceful and a perfect break from the city, we choose to extend which lots of people do ! The food is really delicious, (proper Armenian home-cooking) and great value for money
