Staff were very personable, polite, friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely. Location was excellent with respect to getting around the city on foot. The concierges were extremely helpful and made reservations for trains, dining experiences, and concerts very easily and efficiently. Food was delicious - breakfast is included and there is a buffet as well as ordering something from the menu without additional cost. Property and room were extremely clean- staff work very hard to ensure this (as well as being accommodating). There is a lovely veranda to sit in. Not in a busy or noisy area. Able to walk to museum quarter, main shopping area and cafes. The hotel offered free coffee (including cappuccinos) all day. Champagne bar was out of this world. An excellent experience!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The location and the building are great. Stuff are very friendly and professional. Even though we have asked for separated beds and got one king sized instead it was spacious enough to compensate for the request that was not met. The spa is just enough to rest after a long day of shopping or visiting cultural spots.
