The staff were friendly and went over and above to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Little touches in the room, such as fresh flowers and more than enough crockery etc added to the overall welcome feel. Loved the bright and spacious rooms too!

Loved feeding the deer! Also, the indoor swimming pool was excellent - we forgot swimmer so didn’t use, but haven’t seen anywhere that has a heated indoor pool.

Rooms were good size with comfortable beds and clean sheets. Bathroom recently renovated at least partially. Beautiful views across the northern hills, an indoor swimming pool and my kids absolutely loved the deer feeding. Free breakfast was great too. Swipe entry to room.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool, Sauna, and spa were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager very helpful and polite.

The reception name Aicel she is amazing, very helpful and friendly, we witnessed how caring she is to elderly guests, clean room, comfy bed, good shower, and spacious, my wife and I enjoyed the spa, Sauna, swimming pool and free breakfast.

Clean room, free breakfast,spa ,sauna and swimming pool, my family enjoyed the stayed, Staff very friendly and helpful, the lady in reception she saw my daughter watching the fish in the pond she came over gave her the fish food and let my daughter feed the fish, my daughter loved it, she still talking about it. We definitely come back again.

Most comfortable king size bed! Big room, large and sturdy luggage rack, parking at the door. Indoor swimming pool is great. Continental breakfast is beaut.

Big room neat and clean, bed made high standard, staffs very helpful and friendly, the reception is amazing, plants are real and beautiful, Additional Sauna, spa, and swimming pool are awesome, I went to Armidale for work but I felt like I went for a short holiday.

Kids and parents feed the deers. Swimming pool was good to relax in after the long drive. Room was very clean, excellent wifi and tv reception. Beds were comfortable and the linen was clean. Shower was hot and breakfast was good especially the coffee which was hot, strong and not instant. Staff were friendly and helpful
