Excellent location! Very close to bansko, and the road was clean and safe from snow. The accomodation was amazing, with everything you could ask for. The reception desk was vary helpful to whatever we need, for information, directions, a cab, and firewood. They were more than happy to help with a smile. We visited with a friend and my girlfriend and we all absolutely loved it. When I visit Bansko again for skiing. I'll definitely stay again.

The hotel is clean, spacious room, indoor place for children to play is huge. All facilities are good. We enjoyed A LOT our stay with our 2 years old daughter. The restaurant can prepare you dinner with cost, but not expensive at all. Foods are super good. Both dinner and breakfast has a lot of options. Will definitely come there again!

Excellent stay at Four Points by Sheraton! The hotel is in perfect shape, new, comfortable, all facilities work and are maintained perfectly. Small,clean rooms,functional with all needed amenities. We enjoyed the wellness center, I especially loved the sauna with a view. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options. The lobby bar serves excellent cocktails, and the Christmas ambiance gives the hotel a special charm during winter. The staff were wonderful and helpful throughout our stay! Also the location is central so you could get anywhere by foot if the weather is okay :) I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back for a future stay!

Breakfast was a good varied choice every day and the staff were friendly. The swimming pool and hot tub were both excellent. There was a little kitchen in the room which was very useful for cooking if you didn't feel like going out every day.

Everything was wonderful! - The location is perfect, with everything you need within walking distance: cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, a lift to the cliff, and much more. - The apartments are fantastic, with a fully equipped kitchen, and everything is very clean and convenient. - The swimming pools are excellent (a large outdoor pool with perfect water and a warm indoor pool). - The hosts are very friendly! I definitely recommend this place!

Spotlessly clean and tasteful apartment. It has underground closed parking, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a large screen, WiFi, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a TV and a large bathroom with a bathtub. And of course free access to the hotel's excellent spa facilities (heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, heated recliners) located at a distance of 20 meters from the apartment. 10 to 15 minutes from the center by foot or 2 minutes by car. Quite room with best view at the mountain and Dobrinishte. Warm swimming pools with thermal water. There is also Aplha pools on 2 min from Ruskovetz with outdoor hot/thermal water swimming pools

Very big apartments, each with a living room, bath room, 2 sleeping rooms and balcony outlooking a beautiful stream at hand reach, accompanying with the sound of water flowing. A SPA including an indoor heated big swimming pool, Jaccuzi, various dry and wet aromatic saunas, and a gym. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Great value for money.
