Staff was extremely friendly, and helped with every single request I had. They have their own taxi driver, so for approx 15€ for one way, they drives us to lift to the hike path 7 rila lakes, and then took us back. They even drove us back to Sofia. Spa area was amazing, there were no a lot of people, so it felt almost empty. There were several jacuzzi with mineral water, swimming pool for adult and for children. Highly recommend.
